Business Tools 2020 - Business Tools are increasingly used to support the daily business activities. Tools can create transparency in the business and offer assistance in obtaining the progress of the business processes and create understanding where these can be improved.

In addition, next to the understanding, tools provide support in decision making and thereby contribute to the improvement of the performance of a company. In 2020, we expect that 80% of companies support their business processes with the use of a business tool.

Rijkens Consultancy Group is a specialist in the area of tool implementation. Together with the client we map business needs and support with the selection of a tool. Also, we help with the support and implementation of the selected business tool.

To make the roll out of a new tool a success, it is important to manage all critical success factors. During the implementation of the tool we start by the concept of reversed engineering and give answer to the question: What do you as organisation try to realise with the new business tool? Part of answering this question could be to map the business processes (business process mapping) and to map how the tool can support these processes.

Rijkens Consultancy Group manages the success factors and uses a model of business tool implementation: The 8 step Business Tool Implementation Process. Step by step we support the roll out of the tool and our in house consultants focus on processes, change management and stakeholdermanagement.
