During LeasePlan’s merger with ALD Automotive, my assignments connected technology delivery with changes that crossed organisational and national boundaries.
Deliver a security dependency
I led the rollout of a data-loss prevention tool within LeasePlan as part of the merger-related work. It was a critical delivery dependency, requiring coordination between technical teams and stakeholders with demanding cybersecurity requirements.
Support digital carve-outs
As businesses in several countries were sold, their websites needed to reflect the organisations acquiring them. I represented LeasePlan in discussions with the acquiring companies and coordinated rebranding to their requirements.
Connect organisations as well as systems
Both assignments involved work across organisational boundaries. My role was to make requirements clear and keep the technical delivery aligned with the people and businesses involved.
