I like solving problems that seem complicated at first.

My approach is usually simple: understand what really matters, break complexity down into manageable pieces, and start making things happen.

That has been a recurring theme throughout my career. I founded and built a technology company, led product development in fast-growing environments, and worked on large-scale digital transformation at companies such as bol., CarNext and Ayvens. Today, I work at KLM, where technology, operations and people come together in one of the most complex environments you can imagine.

I enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology. I’m comfortable thinking about the bigger picture, but I’m most energised when strategy turns into something tangible: a product, a better way of working, or simply a problem that is finally solved.
